Obviously, I've found my second home. Literally.

It was a week of art, chill and adventure with my fiancé! I'd heard stories about the life in Amsterdam, how exhilarating it is, how free it is, not to mention how expensive it also is! But, all stories are true, Holland is a beautiful country and the people are nicer than half of them encountered in the UK.

I don't even know where to begin, but I know everybody wants to know about Banksy.

Happiness of seeing his work in the flesh, no words can account, I'm such a fan that I literally stayed at the MoCo Museum until it shut. Yes, Andy Warhol's work was there too, but forgive me for saying he's not all my cup of favoured tea, he's one of the greats but literally the piece that I loved the most was the painting he did for people on the way out of the exhibition.

Banksy on the other hand, had a collection of old and new pieces, to dive into and I must say I wasn't aware he did canvas work! There were so many small scale pieces on canvas that were just so contemporary styled, you wouldn't think it's a Banksy original, and the scale of some of the other works were shocking. I've collected a few Banksy prints and have them everywhere in my house, but they're quite big in comparison to the original works, for example the girl and the heart balloon was tiny! I have a huge A1 canvas of that in my corridor so I was expecting it to be bigger than it actually is!

I think its safe (and legal) to admit I smoked every type of cannabis avalible to man, and it was beautiful. I've never been so chilled in my life, and the one-stop shop was Softland1 Coffeshop, recommend as heavily as I can, the dealers, the hazelnut latte, the blunts, the music and the galaxy ceiling was the culmination of my stoner self. Actual bliss. Plus by the end of the week the dealer already knew us and gave us freebies, what a gent.

Sex museum, torture museum, red lights and the galleries were absolutely amazing, I don't want to ramble on about how amazing it was, but I cant stop myself. It was amazing!!!!

Graduation trip, anyone?
