No, not just because Halloween is round the corner, guys, c'mon. I know everyone is excited, lowkey, I'm going to be Morticia along with my Gomez.

Back onto topic! Guess what I've built?

So here we have an assemblage of body pieces, placed in a manner that will resemble the female form. I've kept it as raw materials, so far, only the plaster gauze has been used, but due to its fragility, I'm going to resin fibermatte the insides to solidify and support the pieces more. I've got 3 different people in this one body, one of them being myself, in order to note the variation in the shapes of the models used. I hope to bring this together into a display that will either hand into this form as an installation or secure the body parts onto some form of wood that can hang off the wall.

I've also been thinking about incorporating some organs in the body pieces, considering it's a flowing theme in my practice, i'd like to embed this into my sculpture too, however I am envisioning something minimal, but symbolic.
